JUNO PIER

Nestled along the picturesque coastline of Palm Beach County, Florida, the Juno Beach Pier attracts fishermen, surfers and all other beach go-ers. As you step onto the Juno Beach Pier, a panorama of azure waters stretches before you. The unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean are simply awe-inspiring, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stroll or a romantic sunset walk.

The Juno Pier offers ample parking; if the lot is full then beach go-ers can also try Marcinski park, adjacent to the Pier. At the beach, visitors will find one of the wider beaches in the area and a pristine stretch of sandy shoreline perfect for sunbathing, picnicking, or taking a leisurely walk. The beach offers convenient amenities, including restrooms, showers, and picnic areas equipped with grills, allowing families and friends to enjoy a day of relaxation and outdoor fun. If you're looking to play some beach volleyball, Marcinski park next door offers several courts where one can show up and jump into a pick-up game.

For anglers seeking a thrilling fishing experience, the Juno Beach Pier offers an ideal setting. Extending 990 feet into the ocean, the pier grants access to a diverse range of fish species, including snook, pompano, flounder, and even the occasional tarpon. With fishing gear available for rent, drop-nets scattered down the boardwalk and a knowledgeable staff on hand, both beginners and seasoned fishermen can get an opportunity at a fish of a lifetime.

The Juno Beach Pier is renowned for its unique proximity to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, a sea turtle rehabilitation and research facility. Visitors have the opportunity to witness these magnificent creatures up close as they traverse the coastline during egg laying season which typically occurs from March to June. If you're in the area between the months of May thru October, lucky spectators may witness the hatching of sea turtles, creating an awe-inspiring spectacle that highlights the importance of marine conservation. Reminder: touching, handling or any sort of interaction with turtles and eggs is illegal and strictly forbidden.

Surfers and stand-up paddleboarders flock to the Juno Beach Pier for its blue water, unique sandbars and high-performance waves. With consistent sandbars, this spot provides ideal conditions for both beginners and experienced wave riders. Being able to handle larger swells with longer periods, it can be a go-to spot during big winter swells and after hurricanes but can get quite crowded. Be nice and mindful of other surfers and catch some waves!
